Returns & Exchanges:

Theos do not accept returns or exchanges for anything bought online due to the nature of vintage items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Q: The items I purchased don't fit me. Can I replace them for something else, get store credit, or return them?

A: That is regrettably not feasible. All clothing has measurements that we add. We want the information about the products our clients are buying to be clear to them. You're to blame if you're not reading. The online shop does not support the use of store credit.

Sizing & Measurements:

All measurements are available on the product description. Items are measured in inches. The traditional "Pit-to-Pit" and "Length" measures are used. By referring to the diagram below, you can ascertain them. Shorts will receive the "Width" and "Length" dimensions while bottoms will receive the "Waist" and "Inseam" measurements.

Q: Are there more sizes available for this shirt?

A: Usually, we only keep one unit of each size of these things in stock. Rarely do we get more than one item or size of clothing. If we do, they often are Deadstock goods.

Item Condition:

Items may have evidence of wear due to their age and pre-worn nature. To the best of our abilities, imperfections will be depicted in images and indicated in the item’s description. Prior to selling, every item in our shop is cleaned and steamed so that it will be ready to wear when you receive it.

Buying & Consignment:

Online Store

The online shop does not buy any items.

 In Store

Theos accepts purchasing shoes & clothes from customers only at our store.Contact Theos via Instagram: @theosmontreal for any selling transactions. Customers must follow these steps when selling to Theos:

  • Clear pictures of the items 
  • Item description (Size, Condition, Year)
  • Bringing items to the store for further inspections

Shipping FAQs

Processing Time

It takes about 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Shipping is operated via Canada Post. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by shipping. 

Q: What is the estimated arrival time for my package?

A: Everything depends on the shipping option you select. Priority is usually more dependable and quicker. Please be aware that COVID-19 has caused a delay in the dispatch of First Class Packages and Priority Mail Regular. Depending on where you live, delivery times for international first class and international priority orders can range from 1 to 3 months. We currently exclusively ship via Canada Post, therefore for information on their status and how they are managing packages during COVID-19, please check their FAQ page.

Theos Montreal Inc. is not liable for any additional shipment delays caused by postal services.

Free shipping on orders over $100. Any purchases below $100 will be the suggested rates below.

Prices are in CAD

Canada: ~$15

USA: ~$20


Please contact us at theosmontreal@gmail.com for a shipping quote for international shipments since shipping rates vary depending on the country to which the item is being shipped and the method selected during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship domestic and international. Canada Post will be used for the shipping of any international orders. The recipient is responsible for paying any additional customs fees and taxes that may be assessed. Please contact us at theosmontreal@gmail.com for a shipping estimate.

Will I be charged international duties and/or taxes?

It is the recipient's duty to pay any applicable taxes and levies. Duties and fees for international shipments depend on the value of your order and vary by country. The total is determined by the tax and value system used in the destination nation.

Will I get a tracking number?

An email confirmation with your order number will be sent to you. Once your order is prepared to leave our studio, your tracking information will be emailed to you via a separate email. After your order ships, the carrier needs 1-2 business days to give tracking information. Contact theosmontreal@gmail.com if you have any further inquiries.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be completed in 1 to 3 business days, if the items are in stock. We'll get in touch with you and provide your tracking information once your order is processed. Depending on the item's availability, delivery times may vary.

All orders are filled in-store at our physical location in Montreal, Quebec. Any additional postal service shipping delays are not our responsibility.

 Order Cancellation

Yes, but cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped via email theosmontreal@gmail.com. There is no way to cancel an order once it has been shipped. In light of this, if you need to cancel your order, kindly do so within 12 hours of placing your order.
